Recover without another blind restart
- Pause major construction and save a separate copy. Identify the active objective and the existing route that can serve it. Avoid committing the remaining cash to several unfinished services at once.
- Open the existing line and watch a complete pickup, trip and delivery. If it earns too little, use the line-loss checklist to separate missing deliveries from operating costs before buying another fleet.
- Let the small working service run, then expand one bottleneck at a time. The campaign player who completed all stars reports no overall time limit for this mission; still follow any active objective warning in your own build.
- Follow the queue at the campground. If vehicles are blocked on the shared access road, add a second connected entrance over the obstructed approach. Check the line preview actually uses it; a new bridge leading back into the same queue adds expense without a bypass.
- If the queue begins at a loading or unloading position, inspect alternative terminals instead. A road entrance cannot fix an occupied terminal or a broken cargo handoff.
- Watch another delivery cycle after the change. Keep the useful route running and add capacity only where the observed queue remains.

The official campaign goal is to start the concert with 500, 750 or 1000 attendees for the successive star levels. Finding the instruments is the separate medal task. A positive bank balance or a new bridge alone does not complete either objective.
How to tell the repair worked
Vehicles complete their deliveries rather than sitting in the same access queue, cash lasts through successive operating cycles, and the current objective counter advances. Inspect the mission card from the main menu to see earned objective levels highlighted in gold.
If the mission still stalls
- Cash still falls: inspect the whole-company costs and debt, not just a green line balance. Reuse the finance diagnosis; do not assume one profitable line funds every unused building.
- Traffic still waits: trace where the queue now starts and check the bypass is connected to the required destination. Use junction checks for a blocked approach.
- Vehicles move but attendance does not: inspect the active festival supply and passenger objective. This page does not provide verified instrument coordinates or every scripted delivery; follow the objective prompt and campaign overview.
